Artist's Biography
Alex Saunderson learnt drawing under Max Brooker and Nigel Henderson at the Colchester School of Art. After a career in photography, with commissions for The Times, Creative Camera, British Heritage, Tate Liverpool, Harper Collins, Random House, Thakery Gallery, David Mach and Francis Blane, he returned to drawing. This has developed into a passion for large pastel works of East Anglia and London. He has exhibited in numerous shows across the country over the last 18 years.
